About

AI-Medical Postgraduate Researcher Conference 2026

The conference is at the intersection of two of the most transformative forces of our time: AI and medicine. It is an event tailored for postgraduate research at the University of Leeds who are pushing boundaries, questioning ideas, and building the tools and insights that will define tomorrow’s clinical landscape. Whether your research explores machine learning for diagnostics, ethics and governance for AI deployment, robotics in surgery, or data-driven public health, this event celebrates the diversity and depth of innovation happening across the field.

AI-Medical 2026 will bring together PhD students, academics, and industry partners, offering a dynamic platform to explore and discuss the latest research.

The conference is being organised by the UKRI Centre for Doctoral Training in AI for Medical Diagnosis and Care.
